🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from Kane & Papa!

As we head into Labor Day weekend, we wanted to wish you and your family a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday!

Did you know?

🔹 Labor Day has been a federal holiday since 1894 and is celebrated on the first Monday in September to honor the hard work and achievements of American workers.

🔹 The first Labor Day celebration took place in New York City on September 5, 1882, featuring a parade followed by a festival for workers and their families.

🔹 Who invented Labor Day? Historians still debate whether labor leader Peter J. McGuire or machinist Matthew Maguire first proposed the holiday—making it one of America’s most interesting historical mysteries!

🔹 Today, Labor Day is known as the unofficial end of summer, celebrated with cookouts, family gatherings, and a well-deserved day of rest.

From all of us at Kane & Papa, thank you for allowing us to serve you. We appreciate your trust and wish you a wonderful Labor Day weekend filled with family, friends, and plenty of relaxation!

Happy Labor Day!
